Project management for the Franklin Green Centre project

With the project Franklin Green Centre Mannheim's newest district, Franklin, is not only getting a new local shopping centre, but also a remarkable architectural highlight from the internationally renowned planning office MVRDV, based in Rotterdam (NL). The spectacular design is largely characterised by an accessible green hill, which is cut through by the Europa-Axis, the central connecting route through Franklin. In addition to various shopping facilities, office space will also be created under the green hill. In addition, a residential building is planned on the hill as a reminiscence of the historic buildings on the former barracks site.
