Project development commercial park - Zum Schleusenpark, Datteln
Project details
- Project description: Contaminated soil and groundwater from industrial production at the site of a former zinc smelter in Datteln required remediation. A new business park was to be developed on the site. To this end, the existing building fabric had to be dismantled and soil remediation carried out. A new transport infrastructure was then built on the basis of new urban land-use planning and the refurbished land was marketed.
