Project details
- Project description: The development plan for the "Semiramis business park" will see the development of a commercial area of approx. 30 ha net commercial space in the south of Lübeck. Due to the location of the site in the area of a former fruit farm, extensive requirements had to be taken into account with regard to nature and species protection, possible supply and disposal as well as immission control.
- Our services: Support and monitoring of the B-plan procedure with regard to the organisation and coordination of the actual procedure as well as the awarding and monitoring of engineering services (project management services in accordance with AHO publication series no. 9 "Project management services in the construction and real estate industry", levels 1 and 2).
