Organisation, information, coordination and documentation
- Overall coordination of the planning team
- Implementation Cost tracking, cash flow planning
- Management of construction realisation in individual contracts through to turnkey handover of all usage groups
- Control of the scheduling framework in the area of planning and realisation
- Preparation of the planner contracts and monitoring of the negotiated service packages
